Junior Technical Director Expression of Interest
As the Junior Technical Director at Joondalup United FC, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our junior football programs. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the development, coordination, and implementation of training programs across all junior age groups, ensuring our young players receive top-tier coaching and development opportunities. This position will have incentives for the right candidate.
A key aspect of your role will involve developing clear player pathways from grassroots to elite levels, ensuring that every player has opportunities to grow and progress within the club. As the Junior Technical Director, you’ll also provide ongoing mentorship and support to coaches, offering feedback and helping them enhance their skills through regular workshops and development sessions.
Strong communication skills will be essential to your success. You will serve as the main point of contact between coaches, managers, the club, and Football West, ensuring that everyone is kept informed of key updates, game schedules, and any changes within the league. Additionally, you will assist with player registration, squad allocations, and manage communications with Football West regarding games, player updates, referees, and match results.
