JOONDALUP UNITED FOOTBALL CLUB is proud to announce our partnership with Forte Physiotherapy for the 2022 season.
The partnership will see Joondalup United members for all age groups and levels benefit with discounted treatment by highly qualified and experienced physiotherapists.
Members will also benefit with the access to state-of-the-art technology Alter G (Anti-Gravity Treadmill) as part of the agreement.
This benefit is eligible to all registered players and their family members. It is also part of the club recognising the importance of injury management for all the teams.
“In sports, or football in this case, injuries are common. However, recovery and rehabilitation for injuries vary from one to another,” said club President Ghaz Ramli.
“Although we can’t prevent it, as a community club we want to ensure our members have the assistance they need so they can get back on their feet quick so it has minimum effect on their job or school, and also to get them back onto the pitch as soon as possible.”
“In the modern game, sports rehabilitation is important. Injuries play a big role for player availability which makes the physio role an important one,” said Ramli, who also acknowledged the three-man physio-team led by Henry Hung that is currently overlooking State team players.
“We hope that, through this partnership, the club will be able to provide members with a benefit that is basic yet important in ensuring their daily lives aren’t impacted by their passion for playing football,” he added.
Forte Physiotherapy owner and director Simon Trinca is also pleased with the new relationship.
