Joondalup United and Coerver ® Coaching have come together to offer an exciting Skill Acquisition Program (SAP) for the club’s current juniors.
Coerver ® Coaching is a global football education provider celebrating its 35th year of operation and has been referred to many times over the years as being the world’s number one football teaching method.
The method, designed to develop skilled, confident and creative players was built on the following two primary premises:
1. Technical proficiency is critical to playing football effectively, regardless of tactics or formations, and
2. Technical proficiency can be taught, it is not something a player either has or hasn’t naturally.
This year JUFC, in partnership with Western Australia’s only authorised Coerver ® Coaching provider, is happy to be able to offer this world class program to our juniors.
The program, comprising of 16 hours of skills training, is suitable for boys and girls aged 7 to 15, and each participant will receive a moisture wicking Coerver ® Coaching training shirt, and Adidas football, and a certificate of completion.
To get some further insight into the program, JUFC will be hosting an information and demonstration session in early May and we invite all families to come down to watch.
All players registering for the program itself will be placed in a draw to win free enrolment, worth $320.
